We believe most people are never given the right guidance to reach their best self — so we built a community that provides it.
Our story
Started with a simple observation
Obesity and inactivity are rising across Southeast Asia, and too many people who want to change that are never given the right guidance to do it properly and safely.
MR STAR exists to close that gap. We give athletes a stage to aim for through competitions, a structured path to get there through training, and practical workshops that bring good fitness habits to individuals, families and workplaces across Pahang.
